Your BankruptcyONE.com control panel provides you a "dashboard" in which to control all your case management tasks and features. After logging in you will have a folder list of all active, pending and recently completed cases. With your Attorney account you will have the ability to issue user name and passwords to clients and support staff, allow or deny
co-worker privileges, and "lock out” clients from further editing their case once it is ready to be filed all from the Attorney & Case Management Tools section in the BankruptcyONE.com program.
Central repository of client files
Any case documents outside the scope of the petition can be uploaded to a specific case file. These documents can be in any popular format i.e. word, word perfect, PDF etc. and can be forwarded to the courts using ECF (when available) filing along with the petition.
