- What hardware do I need to access BankruptcyONE.com?
There are two ways a client can access the system. The first
way is that you, as their attorney, can set up a username and password
for your client and have them access the system from their home or
office. Or, like in many cases, the client may have already registered
a username and password and entered much of his/her data, in which case
the petition info will be moved over to your firm’s secure portal for
you to start accessing the client’s data once their case is linked with
your account.
- Does the client share the same passwords as my firm?
Absolutely not! Once a case is set up or moved to your personal portal, you can access all active files with your master username and password.
